Areas like this are great for disability access, but can create anxiety and stress due to large crowds. Those with hidden disabilities can find the long queues particularly difficult, especially if they have chronic fatigue or pain such as Fibromyalgia.
If you are in a long Queue and can see someone struggling, why not be a hero and see if you can move them up the queue a little quicker. You can make all the difference.
