Helping you with forms

Here at DSP, we pride ourselves on form filling and our knowledge of the law surrounding disability benefits. Not only does this allow us to complete an in-depth assessment of your disabilities and how they affect you, but we are also able to provide a comprehensive and professional form. We have a high rate of success with our forms which include but are not limited to Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), Universal Credit (UC50), Child Disability Living Allowance (CDLA), Attendance Allowance (AA).

Tackling the Issue

We are highly experienced in running tribunal hearings. This service includes an individual tailored submission based on law. Your response from the DWP including your tribunal pack will be fully explored and relevant points highlighted within the submission. We will also speak to you and ensure we have the full picture providing you the best chance of winning your case. A representative from the charity will also be there to assist both you and the tribunal.

For this service we do require you to sign a donation pledge for 12% of your backdated award only. We will not ask for a donation should you lose.

For more information, please call the office (for advice or to book an appointment) to discuss specific details.

Helping people with finances

Through our Appointee Services, we have the potential to make a real and positive change in a person's life. Making a Difference

One of our aims is to ensure disabled people are able to live an independent life. One of the issues we have often found to be problematic is managing and budgeting finances. This service includes varying levels of support from providing a basic budget to full in-depth appointeeships.
