Valhalla Gym opened its doors on the 2nd August 2021 in Hewell Road, Redditch, Worcestershire. Owners Mike Edkins and Nick Spencer are excited about the future of the Gym and aim to offer a service fit for able bodied and disabled members.
If you are disabled and can get there on a Thursday morning between 11am -1pm for a meet and greet they will assess your needs for well being, fitness and nutrition. Over a coffee or tea they can ease you into your new fitness programme.
If you mention seeing this post on our Disability Support Project website you can get a special offer of £5 / person per Thursday morning, or every other Thursday at £10 / person.
Valhalla Gym has a friendly team that are keen to help you and have personal trainers to help you build up confidence using the equipment, while guiding you a fitness programme.
