Deafness or Hearing Impaired

Deafness or Hearing Impairment can affect anyone at any point in life and can be caused by an accident, infection, age or prolonged exposure to high volume noise. If you believe you may be experiencing hearing loss always consult your GP swiftly as intervention may be available to stop further deterioration.

Deafness or Hearing Impairment can take the form of a complete lack of hearing or partial loss. In either instance there are several treatments and methods available for coping, such as:

  • Hearing Aids.

  • Implants.

  • Learning Sign Language.
